Exped Synmat UL 7 - Exped's SynMat UL 7 is an ultralight and compact mat that still has warm insulation. Made from lighter fabric than other Exped mats, the medium-sized SynMat UL 7 weighs only 460 g and has an R-value of 3.1. The small mat weighs 430 grams and the large weighs 600. The smallest size is 163 cm long and the tallest is 197. It is filled with lightweight, yet warm, microfiber. The outside is abrasion resistant, but the lighter fabric does puncture more easily than the regular Exped mats.

Exped SynMat 7 - A big sleeping mat for big-time comfort, the Exped Synmat 7 series uses unique construction techniques to achieve a unique level of sleeping satisfaction. Far from being just a simple air mattress, the Synmat 7 is filled with synthetic insulation for better protection against the cold ground (R-value: 4.9). There other mats out there with synthetic insulation inside, but the Exped Synmat is the only one in which the insulation is laminated to both the top and bottom of the mat, instead of just the bottom.

Exped Synmat Basic 7.5 - The Exped SynMat Basic 7.5 is an inflatable and affordable sleeping pad for moderate temperature conditions. With an R-value of 4, it insulates well in temperatures as low as 12 degrees Fahrenheit and is 3 inches thick when inflated. To make the SynMat Basic more affordable than the rest of the SynMat 7 series, Exped removed the integrated pump and installed welded separations rather than baffled ones. The mat still performs well in moderate conditions but it costs less to produce.

Made with ultralight down, the DownMat 9 is conveniently smaller and lighter than other mats of equal warmth. It weighs in at just 34.9 ounces. The mat comes with two low profile air valves with one for inflation and one for deflation.
