This product is designed to take dull or repaired gelcoat to full gloss with just a single product. 3M Imperial Compound Finishing Material has a fast cut and leaves an excellent finish without swirl marks. It is designed to remove a P600 or P800 dual action sand scratches or oxidized gelcoat, using a wool pad.
For final polishing of surfaces previously sanded with P600 to P800 sandpaper
Takes sanded surfaces to a high polish
Designed to be used with an air or electric buffer (1500-2500 RPM)
For painted surfaces, use 3M Perfect-It Rubbing Compound 06085
