This 3M(r) One Step fiberglass wax features high-performance polyurethane that becomes tack free in one hour and fully cures in approximately 24 hours. The seal is extremely strong and designed to retain its strength above or below the water line. It also stays flexible to allow for structural movement, with stress caused by shock, vibration, swelling or shrinking being effectively absorbed.
