| I purchase many things online and have never had a better experience than shopping with Zappos! My daughter wanted the 7 for All Mankind jeans desperately; her friend had purchased them at Nordstrom's. When we went shopping for them, they were no longer available, even online. Now Nordstrom has incredibly high level of service but we were so disappointed. At 9 pm that night, my daughter searched online and found the exact jeans in her size with free shipping from Zappos. So we ordered them. They arrived the next morning at 9:30 am! We didn't expect them for a least a week. Could not believe how fast they came and the box was labeled "packed with happiness". Zappos is awesome! | |
