Adidas Predito LZ TRX FG Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

These are very comfortable soccer cleats, Adidas has always had great quality. I just wanted to let future shoppers know that the bright gold is very orangeish, or coppery. Colors can vary so much online, so just wanted to let folks know these are not the gold color of older model Adidas Predator soccer cleats. My son wanted that older gold color, but it is not available anymore as they change colors each season just like any other shoe. My son decided the color was very unique, and he wore them tonight for the first time. He said they were very comfortable. Thank you, Zappos!

My son really likes the Predito LZ TRX. Just so you know, all the stripes on the striking points are just for show. They don't really have any texture to them. But for the price you cant beat them. If you want a serious technical shoe you will have to pay a little more.

These are good cleats for the price. The insole feels supportive yet minimal, while the toe box is fairly roomy but still maintains a narrow profile. Color is awesome!

Negative Reviews:

These are very disappointing! I can only warn you not to get the Adidas Predito. It is not that I do not appreciate the brand but the Predito model is simply garbage. I was extremely excited when I got this pair and I got them just when they appeared were brought into the market and introduced to Zappos. From there on, things did not go so well. Firstly, the bottom (sole) of the shoe is very hard and I sometimes slipped or lost my footing because it is very narrow and the plastic is rock-solid. Next, the only zone that was real is the sweet spot (located near the big-toe and its pretty much a thin piece of rubber with no grip. The first-touch zone (front of shoe) does not even exist since it is basically five painted lines on the shoe which do not help you at all. The passing zone (side) does not exist and there is a outlined rectangle design for looks. The dive zone (next to shoelaces) is the worst however. It is supposedly rubber but feels like plastic; it was no grip and it is smooth which makes it pretty much useless. My last complaint of the day is that the cloth interior absorbs sweat very easily and after two months of regular usage, my cleats smelled like a land-fill and there was nothing I could do about it by the way I did not face this problem before, and it was very severe. After the stench coming from these shoes I decided to immediately throw them away because I could not bare the smell, and disappointment. Also, comfort is not great and I have gotten plenty of blisters. My golden advice: get the Predator LZ Absolado because they do not have any of these problems and they are actually worth the price. The Predito is nothing but a waste of money but the rest of the Predator LZ line (Absolado, Absolision, and the godly Lethal Zones) are amazing. Follow my advice because I have heard similar complaints from teammates.

I bought these for my son, who is a senior in high school. He needed new cleats, but since he is probably going to be done with soccer at the end of the season, he wanted to get a pair of inexpensive cleats. Initially, he liked them because they were reasonably comfortable. However, after about two weeks' worth of use (roughly ten days of soccer, two hours a day), the sole of the right cleat was starting to detach and the left cleat had a huge tear where the seams ran on the inside of the foot. After his last game, the tear spanned nearly across the whole side of the cleat. Overall, I would suggest that - especially if your son or daughter has many more years of soccer to go - you buy a higher quality pair of cleats, because the cost is well worth it. Read other reviews of these cleats before you make any decisions (don't just take my word for it). What I can say is that my son's experience with these cleats was less-than-satisfactory. And he has had them for less than a month.
