This is a great boat. While it can fit two adults, I found it works best for myself, I'm 5 feet 3 inches, and one of my kids ages 10 and 7. It is a bit small for my 6 foot husband to paddle with me. I have also paddled it alone with great ease. It inflates in minutes and feels surprisingly stable on the water. I stick to flat ponds and calm salt water inlets and am not sure I would do anything more adventurous. It is simple to pack for our family camping trips, which makes it a lot easier than our canoe. I highly recommend this fun little kayak.

Great Boat

We bought these boats because we have no room to store a regular kayak. We use these to paddle around the bays of Long Island, NY. The skeg makes it easy tracking and all in all it is an affordable, safe boat. We had Tahiti kayaks from 1976 until now when the inflation valves shrunk and they got too hard to close. These boats are a little lighter in weight than those original ones, but they seem sturdy enough. Just look out for rebar, glass and other hazards and these boats should last a while.

2 people made it ride very low and we hit bottom a lot. River was down, so expected some bumps. Person in back had no Leg room so had to put legs up on sides, but front seat kept sliding back. Better for one and gear. We didn't put the keel on as we knew we'd hit rocks- so tracking was poor- but I am eager to try it solo in deeper water with keel.

Handy dandy portable kayak

Used this for trips into small backwoods ponds. Really easy to carry in backpack and go exploring. Without the seats, it works just like a canoe.
