This Advanced Elements(tm) 3-lb anchor system boasts a unique folding/locking 4-fluke design. It is great for use with kayaks and canoes, and it holds well to most types of bottoms, from sand to rock. It has a sliding collar that keeps the flukes drawn up tight against the shank when stowed and then drops to lock the flukes open when deployed. It comes with 60 ft of line, a carabiner, a line float and a mesh travel bag.
