Great Little Package

I like this kit. It is very light and tough. I can just throw it in my daypack, glove box, or school bag. I like to be prepared because I work with kids and youth as well as hike. This kit lets me be be prepared no matter where I am for those little cuts and scrapes. The water proofing is nice. I would just add a few things like tweezers and other things you may need. I got the ".3" so i expected limited supplies. It is a nice thing to have for a back up or if you are not the primary med kit carrier on a trip.

Small and light...

Good, small lightweight kit. Could use a few more items, but you can put those in yourself with the extra bit of room inside the pouch. Much smaller than the .9. The items inside are common brands found in first aid kits at workplaces and such, so if you have them at your job, you have a secret restocking location for the kit :)

Overall pretty nice. By now, I'm sure you've learned to inspect all medical items before use (before a trip), and make SURE the waterproof bag inside is sealed tightly--mine was fully opened upon arrival.

Great Gear!

This is a great, lightweight little first aid kit. It packs easy, has room to add a few of your own items, it is water resistant and it weighs next to nothing. I have a couple of these and one of them is always in my gear. One of them just traveled to the Carribean with me on a recent adventure. It is a must have!

Good Quality, Very Light

I bought two of these for my son and I for an upcoming Boy Sout hike lasting 11 days. These are just the right size and weight for a personal first aid kit while hiking. They have the right supplies to keep us going in a package that is durable and waterproof.

Great for weekenders

The kit is really light and compact. It is a great kit for the weekend warriors. It has a little extra room for personal customization. I have not tested the water tight package it comes in but it looks to be sufficient.

Perfect for keeping in the backpack.

Great kit to throw in the backpack or the trunk for outings. Never know when something will come up and it is good to be prepared. I plan to keep this in my backpack for my hikes.

Good, not great

These are good products, but the two Aloksak bags in my .7 kit both had sealing mechanisms that failed after only a few trips, rendering the kit far less waterproof than it is supposed to be.

Excellent Bug Out Bag accessory.

Bought 2 units and put them into my Bug Out Bag & Backpack. It's contents plus other emergency equipment I have in there, will give me a fighting chance when the time comes.

Good insurance

I love this kit - it's got everything I need to prepare for basic trail ouchies, and I can easily supplement it with my own supplies.

Great Little Kit

Great to stick in the glove box, day pack, or the kitchen drawer. Mine goes in my hvdro pack for days on my mountain bike.

good kit, but different from advertised

AMK makes top quality medical kits. The only problem I had is that the .3 doesn't match the picture. I wanted the old style pouch, as the other sizes still have, which seems more durable.
