AIRE Tributary Tomcat LV Inflatable Kayak-Yellow Review:

I've paddled it and have to say as IKs go, it's actually pretty fun (and I'm 185). Naturally it isn't going to be quite as stable because of the width compared to the Force, but it will definitely be easier for them to get a good paddle stroke and learn good paddle control with a proper sized paddle. Disclaimer: I do work for an Aire/Tributary dealer, but we used these in our IK paddle school and our rental fleet, and everybody that tried one (kid or not) loved it.
