Great Monocular

This is without a doubt the best monocular I have found! loaded with features that are usually only found on high priced binoculars such as Fully-Multicoated Lenses, Long Eye Relief (great if you wear eyeglasses and also provides more comfortable viewing without eyeglasses), High Quality BAK4 Optics,Waterproof and Fogproof, plus this manufacturer offers a Lifetime No-Fault, No questions asked Warranty

Good Product

A bit bigger than the Brunton - but easier to focus and better construction. A bit heavy for its size - but that may be due to the solid weatherproof construction. Good choice over small binoculars to save a bit of space and weight.

Do not judge a product by its advertisin

I have owned 2 of these monocular's and both failed me at critical times. One simply started to rattle and the other was decidedly not waterproof.

Shoddy Eyepad

I got this for my everyday hikes where weight is an issue. It's lightweight and waterproof design made it a good substitute for binoculars. It is easy to use and the focus mechanism is very good. The rubber eyepiece came unglued on a Grand Canyon backpacking trip after just a day or two of use. That wouldn't be so much of an issue except this piece is supposed to be waterproof and good, solid sealing is integral to being resistant to water. I'd rate the monocular higher except I have no confidence in the rest of the construction.
