I do not find many of these freeze dried meals palatable, but I like this soup. I split each package into to separate meals and eat with saltines. It's my breakfast and dinner for short hikes. Plenty of sodium to replace what you sweated out during your hike.
You're definitely going to get what the package says, Creamy Potato Cheddar Soup. Works as a great side dish, just be sure to add some salt, pepper, and spice to your taste...
Yeah mix this up with some freeze-dried veggies and presto! Dank eats. Salty is good on a long camping trip. So are starchy potato carbs. Eat up!
Not like mom used to make. But, hey, Mom wasn't on the trip. I would buy it again.
Pour the water in slowly or it will get clumpy. Otherwise, tastes great for what it is.
I wasn't too impressed with this stuff. It felt like i was eating gravy. There was plenty of it though. The taste wasn't too bad, I just deffinately think there are better meals out there.
Needs plenty of water but great taste.
