Perfect accessory for running

I have been training for a half marathon and realized that I needed something for race day to hold my phone, keys, sport beans, chapstick, sunscreen and tissues. I didn't want something large and bulky, this pouch is perfect. It holds everything I want it to and it isn't bulky and doesn't bounce around when I run. I even bought the add on race tabs. I like the fact that you can add items to this belt or leave it as is. In regards to the reviewer who thought they could fit a 16oz water bottle in the pouch did they not read the description that says, "carries all of your SMALL essentials" ?!? I'd say the only con is the fact that the zipper pull is rather small, which makes it a little difficult to get the pouch open while running. The dimensions of the pouch before stretching is 8.5"x2"x.25" and will stretch to at least 8.5"x4"x2.5". I like the fact that instead of stretching out sideways and being bulky it stretches down so things lay nicely at your side. This is a great product!

Just Right for Small Jobs

I needed something small, light, and breathable for half-marathon road races. I've logged about 200 miles with this pouch primarily on short trail training runs less than 8 miles and for road races and training runs. It will easily hold an iPhone, wallet, keys, and a few gels if you need them. For road work I generally carry the phone, and a key. It will also carry a blister kit if you're going really long. The expandable, breathable pouch is nice and adapts to fit the size of what you're carrying. The adjustment is standard as is the zipper, and when worn properly you'll never know it's there. The quality is solid as it is for all Amphipod products. You pay a little more than lesser brands but they last. This is the perfect no frills functional pouch for the go-light runner.

I Love This Belt

The pictures provided in the advertisment do not capture how much the pouch can actually hold! I was amazed to discover that it holds everything I need, smart phone, sunscreen, chap stick, keys and a snack, perfectly. And if I don't need to carry all of those things it shrinks down to a smaller size! The belt is easily adjusted and fits snuggly so it didn't move around at all during my run, I forgot it was even there. I would definitley recommend this product and will probably even use it when I travel. It is small enough that it wouldn't be seen under a loose fitting shirt (like a t-shirt) but would offer easy access to essentials without having to carry a purse. This belt is definitely worth the money!!!

Pouch is very small

Wow the pouch is tiny. Big enough for my smartphone, 3 credit cards with spiderco money clip, and 5 keys, which is what I got it for. Not big enough for a 16 oz bottle of water. Mine did not come with a middle divider, which I think I may have removed anyways, although I was curious if it would help protect my keys from scratching my phone....And I am a little worried about the mesh material ripping from one of my keys poking through it, but I am on day 1 so I will have to see about that later. All and all I like the stretch waist band and it will work I think...

Super minimal,stays put,very expandable.

I had considered some type of belt like this for a while but most seemed more bulky than needed to just carry a phone, keys and maybe a drivers license and money. This one is perfect for that. It weighs nothing and expands to carry more stuff that I would want to carry. Since it only expands to the size of what you have in it, you don't end up feeling like you are wearing a boxing championship belt backward like some of the more rigid ones that can carry a lot. Highly recommend.

The only downside is the cost; not expensive, but you know it cost like 50 cents to make it :)

Great Product

I am an avid runner and mountain biker. When running even short distances I get cotton mouth, but don't want to carry a hydro pack on my back. This is a great little product for either short or long distance runs. I bought the add-on 4oz bottles which conviently strap to the belt either horizontally or vertically. The pouch expands, and is reflective and easily accessible while running. Great product and I will be looking for more Amphipod products for running, biking or hiking. No flaws at this time.

Awesome for running

I run during lunchtime and need a place to hold my key card to get back into the office. That is why I got this pack originally. Since then, I've used it to carry Gu shots and and my keys when running after work. The pack works great. It hugs my waist, does not bounce, and does not soak up sweat. I think this would also make a good money belt as it could be easily hidden inder a shirt.

This is my favorite accessory!

Was looking for someplace to store credit cards, ID and money while swimming at the beach that would stay intact during rough waves, this worked perfectly. Money in folded 2 ziplock bags, cards & keys stayed securely in the pouch, stretched to fit. Pod dried with a quickness, wore it to the club later (tucked below my skirt line)~stayed flat, comfy when dry & wet, hands free, no purse needed. Awesome! It's my best accessory now.

Excellent product

This is a great multi-purpose product. I've used it from city walking tours as a tourist to hiking up the Grouse Grind in Vancouver. The pocket easily expands and I've gotten my cell phone, car keys, gum, lipbalm, credit card and $$ all in the stretchy pocket at one time. Beats carrying a purse for those small essentials when in the city, or having to try to stuff keys and phone in a dashpack.

Great Product

This is a great product. I get extreme cotton mounth even when runnning short distances (5K). I don't like having to run with a hydro pack on my back. This is a great product for short or long distance runs. I bought the add-on 4oz bottles that easily strap onto the belt. This is reflective and easily accessable while running or biking. I will be sure to look into more Amphipod products.
