| I took this pack for a 4 day trip to climb the East Face of Whitney and Fishhook Arete of Russell, as well as a 3-day trip to climb Charlotte Dome. I carried 45 lbs on the first trip, and 35 lbs. on the 2nd trip 8 miles/4200 elevation gain total on the first trip, 24 miles/2000 or so gain on the second trip. The pack was comfortable all the time, carrying all this weight I weigh 120 lbs, am 5'5, and I hadn't even broken it in before the 1st trip. All the pockets were useful, even the pull out water bottle pockets on each side. The fanny pack top was perfect for taking on the rock climbs. It was nice to not have a real backpack, but just a fanny pack, actually, for the rock climbs. The upper | |

Great Bag! | |

I used this bag for backpacking through Italy for 2 weeks. The size was perfect! I could take everything I wanted to bring with me and then had room for the stuff I bought over there to take home. Once you figure out how to adjust the bag to your body, you are good to go. I am 5'9" and was debating on wither to get the regular or the tall. I got the tall and was happy once I started my trip.

"Arcteryx - all it's cracked up to be, this pack is no exception."

| This pack rocks. I took it on a 3-week trip to Ecuador, and it was the perfect size to carry everything I had to take for various climates and activities. The straps and hip belt were very comfortable, though the hip belt was almost too big -- I'm pretty slim, and had to continually cinch the hip belt as tight as it would go to sit properly. I loved the adjustability of all the straps, and it was well balanced and proportioned I'm 5'4, 27 waist. One thing surprised me... I ordered the redberry color which is beautiful, but found when I received it that the extendable top portion of the bag is made of the lime-colored fabric, as are a few other non-visible parts such as the underside o | |

"Still perfect after 2 months constant use - buy it!"

| This pack is the very best, if you are looking for quality, durability and comfort, definately go for it. It is highly priced for a reason. I used this pack every day for a two month long trek across the Juneau Icefield this summer. Others in my trail party had their packs fall apart after a month, but the Briza kept on truckin'. I packed it to the max, to the point where friends had to sit on it while I zipped, and the zippers held marvelously despite the strain. Although I would still recommend a rain cover, the pack fabric withstood light snow and rain no problem. The hip belt and shoulder straps are nicely padded, nice for an 8am-10pm ski! There is a circular indentation on the ba | |

| This pack worked great for a week trip in Michigan's UP. The pack FIT really well and met all the criteria i had. It has top, side, and bottom access. Has water bottle holders that fit nalgene bottles perfectly. The front pocket helped keep everything organized, and made access very easy. The lid also has some nice compartments. There is also a hidden pocket inside the front pocket that is mounted on the main pack. The sleeping bag compartment is really big so i was able to put more than just my bag in there which was nice. I researched many packs and eventually picked this one. Save your time and make the purchase. I recommend getting fitted at a local Moosejaw as they were really hel | |

"Cute and comfy" | |

| Pretty large pack, multiple compartments, nice adjustment straps, and cute color. Seems to be high quality too, although I haven't had it long enough to really say. There's enough room for everything I need for a few day trip - my tent definitely hogs a huge portion of the main compartment, though. Wearing the pack is pretty comfortable, however I find the hip strap a bit awkward - I probably just need to fiddle around with it a little more. I generally am disgruntled quite severely by having to carry heavy loads, but this pack makes the job a little better than okay. Overall a great pack, I'm glad I got it. | |

"One of the best packs out there - it can magically fit everything in it."

| I bought this pack mainly because I got a huge discount on it (I work at a gear shop and Arc'Teryx was having a good sale). Then this summer I went to Philmont to work and hiked ALL around varied New Mexican terrain every 9 days. The sleeping bag compartment perfectly fits a 15 degree synthetic bag and I can fit my therma-rest in there, too. I was able to fit my HUGE camera bag in there too. On top of it all, the hip-belt is really comfortable and the padding in the back is just the perfect amount and strategically placed. BUY THIS PACK! | |

Awesome Pack | |

Some of the info on the page is not correct. There is a filtration pocket. At first the hip belt was hard to get used to and is pretty firm, but it works very well and is super efficient. I was having shoulder problems and about three days into our hike we discovered the load lifter straps...HUGE awesome invention. :) Shoulders didn't hurt as much. It's a great pack though. Pretty big, extra space. It's nice. That's the pack on the left.

Arc'teryx Briza 75 Backpack - 3900-4400cu in - Women's

I got the Arc'teryx Briza 75 in regular for a 17 in torso, and the fit is great. I've used it with 35-45lbs loads so far and it carries it comfortably. The construction is amazing and I have a feeling that it will last longer than I will. I love the multiple access points and front kangaroo pocket. I only with that it had a hydration compartment and weighed a little less.

great bag. it is HUGE! i used one of the smaller inside pockets for my hydration bladder and it seems to be working okay. I packed this thing to the BRIM and it still fits comfortably and i can hike well with it even though it is so heavy i can barely get it off the ground. once it's on my back though... i don't feel the weight at all
