Good shirt

This shirt feels great for doing crossfit wods in. The moisture wicking sure works, but the fast drying doesn't really kick in unless you take the shirt off and the wind is blowing on the shirt.

The shirt feels great. Lightweight, soft, and doesn't snag on me like wet cotton does.

Like I said earlier, the shirt doesn't necessarily dry out if you are wearing it. Don't expect to be a sweat pouring machine and still be in a dry shirt. The shirt gets wet and basically stays wet until you take it off. The silver embedded part to fight off odors doesn't seem to really work either. I still have resort to my super secret washing method to get the body oils out (that's what the bacteria feed on and make the smelly smells).

Arc'teryx makes me poor. Again.

For better or worse I've turned into an Arc'teryx fan. I'm 6'4", 210lbs and I consistently wear size XL with their jackets and now t-shirts. Absolute perfect torso length and doesn't turn into a belly shirt when you are doing pullups. Great fit on the arms and chest as well.

Previously I have enjoyed a leading competitor moisture wicking t-shirts for their excellent fit and cut, though at times it was confusing with various model designations fitting differently (sometimes I'm a Large, sometimes XL). With Arc'teryx, they have a very consistent athletic cut. I'm a bit of a fanatic on fit due to moisture wicking properties having reduced effect if you are swimming in your shirt.

The wear durability of the fabric is yet untested due to owning less than a week.

My favorite shirt

This shirt is ultra soft and comfortable. I am one of those folks that can never get comfortable in wool, so I have to go for synthetics and this is absolutely the best. I have tried lots of different T's and this there is something about the blend and weave of this shirt that no other shirt has been able to match. I also sweat way more than most people that I know and this thing wicks and dries extremely well. No chafing or pressure points from seams in the wrong place when wearing a pack either. Just dont go bushwacking in the thing because it wont hold up to that. Yes, they are horribly exensive. But buy one and you'll find yourself coming back for another.

Great Shirt

This shirt did have a higher price. It does deliver though. I like the look of the shirt and it works very well in many different activities.

Wouldnt wear it backpacking

Got this shirt to wear backpacking. It's light weight and drys easily. I do like the shirt, however its just not that durable. After a few days on the trail I noticed little holes and streach marks on the front of the shirt where my pack's hipbelt was. I exchanged it for a new one and I'll enjoy wearing it just doing some casual hiking, but it is disappointing that I wont be able to wear it with a pack.
