Great for on-area use, this Arcteryx pant features laminated powder cuffs, a laminated Kevlar reinforced hem and two-way WaterTight side zips. Arcteryx provides an internal removable belt with belt loops so that you can customize your fit and comfortably add extra layers. Two-way side vents in the Scorpion pant let you cool down quickly and a RECCO reflector helps keep you safe when you are booting it through the backcountry.

| These pants are completely waterproof and windproof, and work great for snowboarding. Along with a base layer, I'm not too hot or cold in temps from the teens through the 40's, and the inner material is oh so warm and comfy. The zippers are completely waterproof. The pocket location on the thigh is just good, not great. I don't feel comfortable putting anything bulky or sharp in them in case I fall. I've had no problem with the cinch for the leg gaiter - just be sure to tuck the extra cord inside the leg. | |

| I JUST LOVE THE DESIGN AND FIT OF THIS PANTS. THEY ARE SOFT AND VERY CONFORTABLE. THE FACT THAT THEY AR GORTEX IS FANTASTICBLOCKEDKEYWORDNO MORE RED THIGHT OR COLD BUTT ON CHAIR LIFT. I DO SKI AND RIDE THEY ARE PERFECT FOR BOTH. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PANT IF YOU CAN AFFORD THEM BECAUSE GOOD DESIGN/CONFORT AND TRULY WATER PROOF PANT DO NOT COME INEXPENSIVE. | |

| Man are these comfortable. The material is very soft to the touch, inside and out. They have held up to numerous ski seasons, and look good as new. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. | |

| I love Arcteryx. I own Minuteman ski pants and they are excellent. I bought (Online) Scorpion pants size Large and they are more like XL! Oher than that - they look good. My only other observation is that they lack the protection (double layer) at the bottom, to protect against tears from the boots. | |
