Ariat Terrain boots - I work as a gardener in a botanical garden and the Ariat boots are great work boots. They're comfortable, my feet don't get hot, and they give me great support and traction. And I love the look of the design. My only complaint is that they are not waterproof. I even sprayed waterproofing on them before wearing them the first time, and after walking through a damp meadow, I could feel the moisture in my socks.

Zappos, you're the best! All shipments have been on time and exactly what I ordered. The Ariat Terrain is an excellent all around boot. The fit is comfortable immediatly and I can wear them all day with out fatigue. They wear great and I use my older pairs for outdoor work, feet stay warm and dry even in the sloppist conditions.

I was looking for a shoe with good ankle support and a fairly round toe. This Ariat has a lovely toe that fits my somewhat square toes and has plenty of room for them. This Ariat Terrain has the most ankle support of any shoe I have ever worn. As others have reported, it also has good arch support.

I love these! They have the comfort of a sneaker and the toughness of a boot. I usually wear an 8 in sneakers but after reading other reviews I ordered a 7 1/2. They fit great!

I have found these boots to be wonderful; comfortable, supportive, light yet sturdy. I have trouble finding comfortable shoes but these are perfect right out of the box.
