Your grandma was a modest lady, and wanted you to a modest young lady, too. She might have been too senile to recognize that you were, in fact, a dude, but that's beside the point―she drummed her lessons home before you were old enough to fight 'em off, and now you can't leave the house without making sure your knees are covered. The guys at Armada must have had old-fashioned grandmas, too, and designed their Scout Jacket with a nice long fit. The Scout is more than just a long jacket, though―Armada gave it a MegaRex 10K waterproof membrane and fully-taped seams, so you stay drier than a Prohibition-era pub, and Lycra wrist gaiters, because exposed wrists are almost as unladylike as bare knees.
There are plenty of modern features on the Scout, too, like an adjustable snow-defeating powder skirt, mesh-lined underarm vents, and a helmet-compatible hood with a removable fur lining to dial the steeze up or down, depending on where you're skiing and how you're feeling. Whether you're listening to hip-hop or old-timey tunes, your music is never far away with the externally accessible audio pocket, and a microfleece chin guard and goggle pocket offer little touches that your grandma never had on her old canvas coats.Breathability Rating: | 10,000g |

Fits amazingly well and the lining is dope. Definitely a quality product. I'm 5'8 and about 160lbs. The pic below is a Medium for reference. It is without a doubt a shell, so you will definitely need to have a base layer and/or a mid-layer with this jacket on the colder days. And on the warmer days its got pretty awesome pit vents to circulate air. Cant wait to hit the mountain and see how it does in the snow. It totally seems like its going to be a sweet jacket.
