Asics GEL-Fortius TR Reviews:

I love these shoes! I got these shoes for crossfit and more high agility types of exercises after people kept saying "do not wear running shoes for this". I was a little nervous because I haven't ever owned anything other than a running shoe for working out and I was worried about my bad knees. I'm not a minimalist shoe person or whatever that catch word of the moment is. SO, when I put them on I didn't think that they would work out for me because there is precious little cushioning. I tried them out for a couple of workouts and I love them. I held off on my review until today because I knew we were doing more running (sprints) today and so far so good. Won't be wearing them for more than 1 mile of running but great for dynamic types of exercise. AND super cute. I don't usually write reviews either but I was looking for a review from someone who is doing workouts like I'm doing now.

I bought these cross trainers to do my intense at home workouts that require a lot of lateral movements and jumps. These shoes gave excellent arch and ankle support for all the quick moves I do five days a week. They are also a really cool/cute design. I went to the store to try on another cross trainer Asics shoe and went with the size that fit best at the store and came home and purchased them online in that size. I didn't realize until after my first workout with them that printed on the insoles were the words "Be better than yesterday"! Gotta love the motivation to push yourself harder! I am seriously contemplating buying them in the blue/red design as well. I would definitely recommend these shoes if you want great support, functionality, and style!

This is a great trainer shoe for narrow feet! I needed a trainer for P90X3 work-outs and had problems with my heels slipping all the way out of my old shoes. So I googled "narrow womens trainers" and this shoe was at the top of the list. Decided to try it and heel slippage is no longer a problem as this shoe fits like a glove. I am a size 8, ordered the size 8 and it fits perfectly. This shoe is also very lightweight! I've listed it as narrower than marked because it is advertised as a B width, which is usually a bit sloppy and wide for my narrow feet. I am also flat-footed (low arches) and this shoe has moderate arch support and felt comfortable right out of the box.

These shoes rock! The design and style is cool. I wear them to work during which I'm on my feet almost constantly for an 8 hour day, and they're pretty comfortable. However, if you require a lot of arch support, this may not be the shoe for you. Also, they may squeak on some tile/laminate floors.

These shoes are smokin' hot, lightweight, provide support, and are durable. They are close fitting, I had to return them for a half size larger than I normally wear, and probably could have gotten away with a full size larger.
