I've typically preferred running on trails and beaches but, after a recent move to the suburbs, I decided that it'd be convenient to mix in some road runs as well. Asics have proven to be solid shoes for me for over a decade now so I decided to start there. After doing quite a bit of research, I decided on this shoe and am so glad I did! They are very breathable, and offer a good amount of cushioning and support. But, hands down, my favorite thing about them is how super lightweight they are. They don't slow me down at all, even when I take on hills that would normally have me huffing and puffing. Very happy I picked these up.
I was using my existing ASICS full gel running shoes for both indoor and outdoor sports and I was looking for new ASICS shoes which is light, not too much padding so remain stable and great for my bootcamp. I picked this up at the store, bought them and love it so much that I bought additional pair from Backcountry at 25% discount....sweet. Love the design and colors especially the blue one.
