These are super-comfortable with excellent arch support and very stable base. However, they are not a very pretty/attractive shoe. So despite the comfort, I'm going with the gorgeous-looking non-golf shoe, the Asics Gel-Scram, in Sky Blue/Lightning/Lime. The "Sky Blue" is actually a turquoise color and it's just beautiful! Wish they'd make the Matchplay33 as attractive-looking as the Gel-Scram. Then we'd have the best of both: super-comfortable and a delight to look at.
I bought these shoes after realizing that the flimsy Puma spikes I had been golfing in were making my knees sore (lack of support). These are a great shoe - supportive but light and so comfy. The spikes are there, but you can still walk in them without really feeling them. Some of the best sneaker-style golf shoes I've seen or worn.
I am a golf newbie and was previously wearing my tennis shoes to golf in, so "traditional" golf shoes all felt very uncomfortable to me. I did a ton of research and read several reviews before I took a chance on this pair. They are AMAZING! I would recommend them to anyone!
Love these asics for golf. Feel like sneakers and super comfy. I ordered a size up from my regular size but since I wear asics sneakers, I bought the same size and they were perfect. Not super waterproof so great for dry weather. I love them and would highly recommend them.
Got the shoes within days and just love them! I have some foot trouble but these shoes are comfy and easy to work in.
