Nice shoe for the price |

| The Shoe unlike most asolo products, runs a little wide. I was suprised by the lack of cushioning compared to the 4 other models of asolos I own. I filled the space with an aftermarket insole. The heel felt wider than a D width. I wore these on a 10 mile day hike in dry conditions on cinders and malapai, with major elevation changes. I had blisters on the outsides of my heels and big toes by the end of the hike, but this was the first time I wore these shoes on rugged terrain. Other than that, they breathe well for gore=tex and have been comfortable since. |

Great workshoe |

| I bought these shoes because I need good waterproof shoes for my work as a general contractor. None of the work boots I've tried previously give my feet the support I need. They are clunky and my feet always felt tired and sore (and wet). These are great shoes in the wet, muddy Oregon winter weather. I'm often walking, lifting, standing on a ladder or roof etc. After a month I am buying a second pair for when these give out - I like them so much. I wear them on the weekends now too! Size is accurate. |

Comfortable out of the box; hold up well |

| These are wonderful and comfortable on the very first wear. They are not quite as snug and form-fitting as I'd expected, but hardly loose or unstable. I was worried that, because they fit so well immediately, they'd get loose and unstable, but they have maintained the same level of comfort for a year now. If I were going into extremely varied and unlevel terrain, I'd opt for a boot for better ankle support, but the same could be said for any trail "shoe." These are tops. I'm going to get another pair just like them. |

Asolo Countour Gore-TEX |

| My first experience with these trail shoes happened when a record snowfall hit Dallas and I had to go out and shake the snow out of the trees and shovel the snow away from the walkways. I walked around in a foot of snow for an hour and when I stopped and took of my Asolo's my feet were totally dry. Now I can't wait to get them out on the trail and test them for trail jogging and hiking! I nailed the size and they were quite comfortable right out of the box! |

solid-great support and cushion |

| Changed from North Face Hedgehog XCR-which I like but only while the bottom knobs aren't worn down- when those go- it feels like walking barefoot. I walk recreationally 3 miles a day on tar mostly and wear as main shoe of the day also. North Face lasts about 8 months. Based on Asolo repuation am hoping for longer useful life. After only three weeks- really good cushion -less flex than the Hedgehog but just a difference in feel. Also Asolo feels a bit heavier but more supportive. so far so good. |

Well-made shoe |

| I got these to walk the dog in light snow and mud. We go on dirt roads, hiking trails, and parks. So far these shoes are working out well. They are genuinely stiff like hiking boots, so I'll probably try them on a day hike come spring. In the same vein, they are not super plush, but there is adequate cushioning. They seem to fit just a tad large, so if you're on the cusp, try sizing down. |

tough enough |

| Have only a few miles on them but these shoes seem rugged and the tongue design should keep the water out. Bought them sized like my other outdoor shoes; a full size larger than dress shoes. These shoes run a bit wide. I plan to add cushion via aftermarket insoles; I won't have to replace shoes due to cushion wearing out before soles - I'll just buy new insoles. |

| Shoes are a great deal. I have purchase three pair...one for myself and two for others. Live in Chicagoland so I see a lot of slush. With these, I have shoes that look very good (I get compliments) and they are comfortable (like tennis shoes) and waterproof. I will definitely be buying another pair or two for myself. I am hoping to catch when they go on sale. |

| I bought two more pairs of these shoes (total of 5 pair). Not all for me :-) Some for friends. I like them that much. Waterproof, look very good and they are comfortable like tennis shoes. Can't go wrong with these. I deal with a lot of slush in Chicagoland but it's nice to be able to wear shoes that look good and still have dry feet. |

A great outdoor shoe |

| I wear these every day year round. They really do keep my feet dry and pretty warm in all conditions, but arne't too warm for the summer. They work very well as a biking shore for commuting because they have good support and a fairly stiff sole, and are warm and waterproof. I have bought at least 5 pairs of these shoes. They are great. |
