| I now have two. I just got the black suede, which looks just like the picture and is the correct size (XL for me). The one I got last year (light brown krek or something; doesn't seem to be available now) did run small. I think you should pay attention to the pictures for the different colors and that they're each a bit different, e.g., in terms of how rounded or squared the main part is and how high the "hat" part is, relative to the brim. The variety looks quite different from last year, possibly a mix of different year's models. But note that while there is a seam between "brim" and "hat", where it lands can be adjusted a bit. Me, I ride as close to the seam as seems to work, but I could have maybe 2" more "hat" if I wanted that. |

| I bought this for my dad who loves to wear hats to keep his head warm. Big heads run in our family, and it's difficult to find stylish hats that come in individual sizes. I was pleased to find this shearling hat. The color I received was far different than the one shown online, but it turned out to be OK anyway. My dad loves the hat; it's very warm and stylish. And wouldn't you know it, I loved it too and was tempted to keep it for myself (a woman)! A bit pricey for a hat -- even at STP's reduced price -- but I expect it to last a long while. |

| It's bitterly cold my first winter in the Northeast. This hat keeps my head (including ears) toasty warm. I'm a normal to smallish size woman, and I got the medium, thinking that would be plenty roomy so I wouldn't get "hat hair". The medium hat fits me snugly, and I wouldn't want it any smaller. So the hat would probably be quite small for a medium sized man. Frankly, I don't see many men wearing this style of hat around here. Most men wearing fur hats have the Elmer Fudd kind with ear flaps. This hat (I got the black color) is stylish looking for a woman. |

| We've set some cold records in Florida, and I've used the hat a lot. I originally bought it to use in Spain in February. I like that I can "roll" the hat down over my ears or up when I don't need the warmth. I've had a lot of good comments about the hat. I've used the hat walking on an Eagle Viewing hike, and it kept my bald head warm in the 40 degree weather with a slight cutting breeze. |

| I needed a hat to wear around town when the wind chills were below zero and this does the job. It's very distinctive and will always draw positive comments, but that's not why I bought it! I bought the extra large since I usually wear a 7-5/8, and it seems just right. I find the shearling to be comfortable on my head and my ears are well protected. |

| Even though this is a men's hat, I bought it for myself as it looked like it had a really nice shape. I was right. I bought a suede model and it's very light and comfortable. It looks great on, too. The only reason I am contemplating returning it is because it is the wrong color brown for the Aston sheepskin coat I own [...]. Phooey. |

| The colors are a great combination. I bought this hat to match a shearling coat and it's not the exact color but it does compliment the coat very well. It wears very well and it's completely warm with an adjustable band to cover the ears. I would highly recommend this hat. |

| Not being a member of PETA, I wanted a fur hat to keep warm at night and in cool weather. Fake fur wears out and pills. The folded up layer of the hat is nice, because I can pull it down over my ears or leave it folded up for style. |

| Warm, comfortable and well-made. It may take me a little time to get used to the styling as it somewhat resembles a hat my wife has, but it is a step up from the ski caps I generally wear and more suitable to city wear than my trooper style sheepskin hat. |

| it is perfect for winter cold weather. it fits perfectly and i am so pleased at such a bargain price for a shearling that feels so comfortable. it has some give and fits perfectly. the person i ordered with was helpful in making sure it was the right size as well. |
