The ATEC® Jet baseball training package I includes all of the components a player needs to improve offensive and defensive skills. The Jet machine isn't just for hitting. Sure, you can set it to throw fastballs and change-ups up to 45mph, but you can also move it closer to the hitter to replicate pitch speeds up to 90mph. It's also great for working on ground balls, fly balls, line drives into the hole, and even catcher's blocking drills.
