Atomic Century Ski -

Atomic Century Ski - Women's:  The award winning  Atomic Century Ski  is a premium powder ski for women. The  Atomic Century Ski 100 mm waist width and Powder Rocker profile ensure balanced floatation in powder while the Step-Down-Sidewall L2 construction and tip-to-tail wood core cushion bumps and hard landings. Women skiers can enjoy much more than just effortless skiing in powder: thanks to camber under foot, the Atomic Century Ski also delivers great edge grip and control on hard or mixed snow. The Atomic Century Ski is ideal for female skiers looking for a ski that is effortless and easy to use when playing in powder or for any off piste adventure.

  • Step Down Sidewall construction

  • 100mm waist
  • Wood core
  • Heel Lift
  • Powder Rocker profile (rockered tip with regular camber underfoot)
  • V-Shape Geometry

The Atomic Women's Century Ski prefers terrain less traveled, thanks to its Powder Rocker profile and 100mm waist. Designed to handle conditions both on and off the trail, this solidly designed ski feels right at home in powder, soft snow, groomers, or hardback. Plus, you can run the Century as your touring setup, thanks to grooves in the tail that enable a going-nowhere anchor point for your skins.

With its rockered tip, the Century enables smooth, floaty turns through pow so you can fully enjoy untracked terrain after a good-sized storm. Thanks to its regular camber profile underfoot, the Century bombs down groomers with ease, churns up mogul fields like a champ, and maneuvers through tight, steep terrain with skill. For easier turn initiation, Atomic engineers gave the Century a V-shaped sidecut for perfectly carved or smoothly drifted turns.

Equipped with Step Down Sidewall technology, the Century features half-cap construction at the tip and tail area to protect the ski from mechanical damage or abuse. Its sidewall construction in the binding area improves damping, shock absorption, and therefore edge grip so you're not all squirrely on hardpack. And the combination of the Century's sidewall construction and wood core ensures lively performance and a smooth flex throughout the turn.

Whether it's a full-on powder day, you're on the prowl for some soft snow in the trees, or you're about to embark into the backcountry for some quiet, pristine turns, count on the Century to provide new soft snow heights. (2014)
Ski magazine can not say enough about Atomic's Century ski for women, and for good reason too. Boasted as the premium powder ski for intermediate to experts, the Century provides you with every bit of performance that you would expect from Atomic. With a 100 millimeter waist you will maintain exceptional buoyancy while shredding through deep powder. Moreover, with Atomic's Powder Rocker construction you will never have to worry about a static ride through powder again as the Century has been designed with a 80 percent camber underfoot with a 20 percent rocker in the tip.
When Edge angle is high, the 80 percent camber will provide you with maximum contact for greater control and maneuverability. When facing the sinking sensation of deep powder, the 20 percent rocker at the tip will ensure that the ski stays elevated for maximum performance. Let us not forget the Step-Down-Sidewall L2 construction and the tip-to-tail wood core. With the Step-Down-Sidewall L2 design turns will become effortless, edges will never catch and skiing will never be the same. Additionally, wood core construction cushions pumps superbly.

Evo (2014)
Destined for ladies looking for a round-trip ticket on the powtrain, the Atomic Century Ski is a women's specific shred stick destined for powder, groomers and everything in-between. Allowing for maximum versatility, the Century's light construction, flat tail and powder rocker tip make for a formidable touring ski, or as a daily driver in all conditions thanks to it's V-shaped geometry. The Atomic Century also features a slightly elevated heel area for a more natural ski stance.

Atomic Century Ski Review:

Took this ski with me this summer to South America as my touring ski along with the Atomic tracker binding. It was lighter than my old set up with the Millennium. I also skied this ski on the resort when it wasn't a powder day. It's a great ski, but when it get's deep I am skiing a wider ski for sure. However, when touring and the snow is good, I loved this ski. The rockered tip is awesome in pow!
