I think the elimination of UV gives you the extra edge. If you washed your hunting clothes in the same washer as your regular clothes are washed in with REGULAR detergent without first running 1 or 2 cycles with hunting detergent through it first, then you just plastered your hunting clothes with UV brightners residue which was left in your washer. In this case, you will need to kill the UV on your hunting clothes and this product will do that. Once you have eliminated the UV then use caution in what you wash your hunting clothes with and make sure you "clean" your washer first.
