absolute piece of XXXX !!!!

as previous reviewer stated , adjustments seized . never even made it to my boat . i recieved it today and the bolt attached to the plastic adjusting handle is seized in the locking wedge .

it's going back tomorrow .

very disappointed .

waste of money

Same problem as stated in the previous reviews. I set the height adjustment 3" above the lowest point. I weigh 190 lbs it will not stay up. Tried to secure locking collar and it seized. Perhaps it will hold my 3 year old grandson.

Not for ocean use!

After 1 day on the Hawaiian Pacific both swivel and height adjustment levers bound and did not function properly. Deffinately not very affective for Hawaiian Pacific waters. To rough for this item.
