| Comfortable shoe! Runs small - I really thought this show was super comfortable for step aerobics- except I do think it runs about 1/2 size small. Even with that I could tell they would be really comfortable! If you do step aerobics or dancy aerobics this is the shoe for you! | |

| These shoes are my second pair of Avia cross trainers. I like the way they support the foot and fit like a glove. For my money these athletic shoes have the best sole support for the lower leg and prevent leg cramps. | |
