Backpacker's Pantry Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream - Single Serving Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

I sampled this at REI and loved it! Bought several that day and I'm going to buy several more for holiday stocking stuffers. The texture is kind of like the marshmallows in Lucky Charms but not quite as dense. The flavor is *exactly* like mint chocolate ice cream. This is the perfect treat at the end of a long trail.

Neutral Reviews:

Not to bad

Tastes like the real thing. Obviously freeze dried. Has a marshmellow texture. but the flavor is not to bad. I would get it again.

Not Too Bad

Not bad for a little something extra after dinner, or as a qucik snack.
