A very good pack

I really like this pack! I've hunted with it for a few years now, and it works very well for me. It's small enough so I don't overload myself, (I'm the kind of guy who likes to take too much stuff hunting). Plus it has two water bottle pockets, so you can take two bottles or choose which side to carry one. Plenty of space for the important stuff. Repels water nicely, and the best part is that it has a airflow system so my back doesn't get sweaty as with other packs. It's also very lightweight. The only draw back for me, is the solid pull tabs. If you really care about the finish of your firearm you have to be careful how you carry it or it will get marred. Otherwise, you can't go wrong.

Good buy

I just received this pack. The quality is very good and the price is about right. The main compartment is big enough to pack light. The two side pockets are kind of small and the inner sides are exposed thru the belt with retaining mesh. So these pockets won't be waterproof. All in all, this is a good pack for the price.

Negative Reviews:

hoped for better

bought this pack for a colorado elk hunt, storage amount was good, like the compression straps and water bottle holders, but had a major problem with the zippers coming open to easy, just about lost some things, even the big back compartment , good thing was hunting with a buddy- he closed them for me a couple times in about 5 hrs. returned, will be looking for a better pack.

Well padded

Mesh padding is comfortable but the side pockets are small and mesh covered on back so not water proof. Main pocket is large but has no divider or interior pockets? Over priced for what you get.
