I used these for working at a farm animal sanctuary in the desert north of LA. They were perfectly waterproof which was great. I am excited to wear these in the winter (I live in PA) though cause they keep your feet VERY warm. If I was to go back to the desert, I would not use these shoes. They are pretty cute for a barn shoe though!
I wear double thick socks in the winter so I went up one size. Easier to put on with a shoe horn. But perfect once they're on! Hope the company make a boot that is ankle high next year! I would get them in a flash! Zappos is the BEST!!!!!!!!!
I really like these boots. I can pull them on pretty quickly, they are comfortable on my picky feet, they keep me warm and dry, they have a decent tread and they are fire engine red. What's not to love?
Overall, these seem pretty comfortable for rain boots. I think their height is a "mixed bag." On one hand, they are easy to wear; on the other, I am concerned about big puddles splashing over the top.
Love these! I wanted something waterproof but didn't want boots. These are perfect and go with my yellow raincoat! The elastic around the ankle keeps my feet dry.
