Great Bow for the money!
What a terrific bow for the money so far! I purchased this for my 10 year old son because of his forehand is gripped thru the foregrip and it has a ledge that protects his hands from being at the rail. It is very fast and very accurate. My only complaint was that the scope seemed to be about 10" low when I got it and it did not use 1/4" turn per click. I had to move approximately 16 clicks per inch. This bow is rated at 300 fps and seems faster than my excaliber bow rated 300fps that I paid twice as much. So far, so good. Great bow for the money and the stock is adjustable.....Highly recommend!
Good crossbow
It was suppose to be a beginner crossbow but this thing is awesome. I've shot 2 doe and a 10 point buck with it.

I bought this bow based on the specs and customer reviews. Both of which were very good, especially at this price point. I shot the bow two different days and had mixed feelings on it's performance. It seems to shoot ok but should have held a better group at 25yds. The best group it would hold was a 4-5 inchs with 1 in 5 or 6 shots 8 inches or so out. I blames myself until I noticed the bolt was NOT resting the full length on the flight track. I tried another Recruit and the same problem, exactly. This seems to be a R&D issue. I have returned the Recruit for a different bow.
