Great Bow

I bought this bow when I was in high school and shot with it every week target practic.
The 50 # wasn't bad and I liked shooting the bow.
I looked at compound bows several times but didn't like all the wires, sights and all that nonsense and weight. If you're going to carry something that heavy might as well carry a rifle, the whole idea of a bow is simplicity and who ever designed the compond bow ruined everything about bow and arrow shooting. Now I'm 60 years old and I'm taking up my bow shooting again and the bow has never let me down. Would I recomend you buying it? Why yes I would.
I have people offer me over 300 dollars for my bow and I turned them down. Here's the fun part, when I bought it, it was at a store and it was discontinued for that store so I bought it for........ wait for it.............. $25.00! Even then it was a 100 dollar bow, so I knew got a deal, didn't think I'd have it 43 years later. Forget those compounds I shoot straight with this without all the gadgets and it's lighter too, what more can you ask for?

Classic

I used to shoot occasionally with a recurve many years ago. I wanted to take it up again so I bought this bow after a lot of research. I got the 50# version, and I was worried that it might be too much for me but it's not too bad. You really don't hold on the draw back, it's more instinctive. Kind of draw and shoot. The appearance is nice, quality is top notch too. I'm happy with my purchase.

Great recurve

I am not new to traditional archery, and have shot many traditional bows, and this Grizzly is the smoothest drawing bow I have ever shot. It is light weight, for a recurve, and very stable. Tiller is very good. Workmanship is excellent. This recurve is as good, or better, than any custom recurve I have handled.
