Bibler Ahwahnee Vestibule

Hiking & Camping > Shelters & TentsRated: 4 by 1 review.

Moosejaw (Spring 2010)

The Ahwahnee Tent Vestibule by Bibler instantly adds 13 square feet of additional coverage to your Bibler Ahwahnee shelter. This Bibler tent vestibule creates a lightweight haven for protection in stormy weather, or a welcome open-air gazebo for those perfect sunny days on the mountain. I am fully aware that the Bibler Ahwahnee tent is super awesome on its own, but the vestibule makes a it even more super awesomer, and not only offers protection from the elements, but will also shield you from snowballs or dirty socks launched from neighboring tents.

Features:

  • Creates additional protection from weather conditions
  • Provides an additional 13 square feet of shelter to tent
  • Vestibule for the Bibler Ahwahnee tent

A must if you spend anytime camping in weather less than ideal...

Rating:****
Vestible works well. Great for getting some extra space for the gear and sitting around when the weather outside sucks. Two minuses - The price seems bit high for what it is, and second the door is small compared to the huge door on the Ahwanee. So getting in and out feels cramped by comparison.
