Does the job
I originially bought these trekking poles thinking I would probably use them backpacking, but primarily as a means to pitch the tent I had just bought. I had never used trekking poles before, but I am so glad I have them now! My first backpacking adventure I somehow got off the trail and had to hike uphill through a foot of detritus to get back on the trail and my trekking poles made it so much easier!
I love how easy they are to adjust, probably my favorite thing about them. They are super comfortable to hold and sturdy. When I'm not using them they fold down and I can easily strap them on my pack.
