Kicker skins are about 1/2 the length of a normal skin. They are perfect for off piste forays and rolling terrain although they will not climb nearly as well as a full-length skin. However, they are convenient, fit easily into a jacket pocket or hippack, and are lighter and attach to the ski with a simple nylon strap and camlock buckle. Sticky Ascension glue assures that they stay in place. Size them at least 3-4mm less than the midsection width of the ski to allow for the edge to be exposed.

Designed for moving fast on lower angle terrain, these half skins feature a blend of mohair and nylon for lightweight traction and smooth glide.
