I got two of these to replace the carabiners that came with my Eno singlenest hammock (the included carabiners are horrible). They are less than half the weight of the other carabiners, they do not have any sharp edges that can tear up rope/webbing (or skin...), and they are just overall easier and quicker to use. A+ would buy again.
The gray is like a medium gray with a purplish tinge to it. Not like what is picture so heads up! Other than that, all the other colors are true to what you see. This biner is great, small and gets the job done with a refreshing splash of color! Definitely recommended!
honestly, I find these to be too small for the job as a racking biner. the anodization on the green is poor it looks a like the grey in flat light. The shape is awkward. its my least favorite racking biner. its is miles better than the FS mini. I prefer the Helium rack pack as a racking biner, That however is really expensive. I also really like Camp Photon rack packs. that being said it is a cheaper option that gets the job done. there are better options including the the new OZ rack-pack.
This is an average carabiner. Its not super light. Its the right size. Has a good gate opening, and is very durable and cheap. If you need some extra carabiners in case you need to bail on a route these are good because they are cheap, and strong. Or if you need an extra few for anything these are a good choice. They do the job, everybody should have a half dozen of these. I would defiantly recommend them.
Nice and light, compact size, smooth wire gate. Use these for racking gear and on alpine draws. They're pretty small so racking a cordalette or bundling a long sling on them is a little funky, but are perfect for storing individual cams, etc (see the Neutrino multi-pack, which is color-coded to match the C4's #.5 - 3).
This carabiner is average in every single way. It's neither big nor small, light nor heavy, fancy or plain. What it is though is a cheap, durable, and simple wiregate carabiner that you can color code to match your Camalots. If you need more biners, stock up on these, you won't regret it.
