The Neutrino Carabiner by Black Diamond is our lightest biner at 36 grams, created for weight-conscious wallers, alpinists, sport climbers or ice fanatics. Anodized body.
As the lightest, full-service biner in existence, the Neutrino was designed for the weight-consicous climber who understands that every ounce counts. Take the Neutrino on your next Sierra ridge climb, Zion link-up or alpine experience and learn firsthand the benefits of traveling light and fast. And hey, while it may be small, you'll still enjoy 22 mm of gate opening, which is big enough for gloved hands, bulky runners and fat ropes. Lighten the load with the 36 gram Neutrino and set yourself free.

These are perfect to organize your rack. I throw em' on all of my C4's. I've also found that they work great to organize reslung rigid stems by size. Sinc
e they all have the same sling color, these biners really help out (see pictures). They are not quite as light as some of the new stuff CAMP is putting out, but the price is right.
I got two of these to replace the carabiners that came with my Eno singlenest hammock (the included carabiners are horrible). They are less than half the weight of the other carabiners, they do not have any sharp edges that can tear up rope/webbing (or skin...), and they are just overall easier and quicker to use. A+ would buy again.
A bit small for ice climbing, but a perfect cheap wire gate for everything else. One of the few carabiners you can almost always get in all colors, so no excuses for not adding bling and color coding to a rack. Heavy enough to feel solid in hand as well, which is a nice mental boost.
this is by far the best bang for your buck. I live and die by neutrino. they are great for everything, a must have for any climber!!! Light, cheap, accessible, strong, and colorful. They can be used for clipping your chalk bag or shoes to your harness to building solid anchors on lead.
The gray is like a medium gray with a purplish tinge to it. Not like what is picture so heads up! Other than that, all the other colors are true to what you see. This biner is great, small and gets the job done with a refreshing splash of color! Definitely recommended!
I bought this carabiner to use for my chalk bag while rock climbing. This is a great carabiner to have as it can function for several other uses if I were to ever get in a pinch while climbing. Much better to have this guy than the ol crappy Wal-mart style.
I have these on most of my cams. They are light, small enough not to crowd gear loops yet big enough to be easy to clip unless you have meat-hooks for hands. I will continue to use these as I pick up more cams in the future.
I've got more of these than I can count, great wire gates - and for the price, can't beat them! You can also color match them to your BD cams, nice touch - keeps racking them organized and color coded.
honestly, I find these to be too small for the job as a racking biner. the anodization on the green is poor it looks a like the grey in flat light. The shape is awkward. its my least favorite racking biner. its is miles better than the FS mini. I prefer the Helium rack pack as a racking biner, That however is really expensive. I also really like Camp Photon rack packs. that being said it is a cheaper option that gets the job done. there are better options including the the new OZ rack-pack.
This is an average carabiner. Its not super light. Its the right size. Has a good gate opening, and is very durable and cheap. If you need some extra carabiners in case you need to bail on a route these are good because they are cheap, and strong. Or if you need an extra few for anything these are a good choice. They do the job, everybody should have a half dozen of these. I would defiantly recommend them.
