The Men's Virago Glove by Black Diamond. A work glove heavily influenced by the Patrol, the Virago is a mid-warmth workhorse with a heater pocket for extra-cold days.
A cross between a classic mountain work glove and a burly freeride glove, the Black Diamond Virago Glove features a Gore-Tex membrane to seal out the elements and strategic insulation. Tough goat leather palm and fingers provide max durability for 100-plus days, while its stretchy shell keeps dexterity high so you can adjust your buckles or switch your backcountry skis into ski mode with ease.

Last week I invested in a pair of Black Diamond Virago Gloves and have been putting them to the test since. With the Gore Tex XCR insert, drawcord, and the 142g of Primaloft, my hands were warm and dry all day long. I recommend this glove to anyone that is planning on spending long days in the backcountry.
I bought this glove a couple months ago and love it. The quality is great. It fits tight enough that you feel like you actually have fingers, but lose enough to keep you warm. I would recommend this glove to anyone.
My dad skis at least 5 days a week and is still charging so for christmas I bought him these gloves and he has been really happy with them. They aren't overly bulky and still provide plenty of warmth.
First off, the sizing on these is WAY off. I usually wear a small and I literally could not get my hand even into the size small of these. It's like it's made for a kids hand. The medium fits better, but then I have a lot of slop in the fingers with not much dexterity.
These are pretty warm and super durable, but lack the craftsmanship that Hestra or Arcteryx gloves have. Not sure if they're worth the full price as I think you could find a cheaper glove that has the same warmth and durability.
