Black Diamond Trail Shock Compact Reviews:

Great poles

I used these poles for a 10 mile hike down and up in the Grand Canyon and they were the ticket to no pain in my wrists. I have carpel tunnel and the shock absorbing quality of these poles made it much easier for me to negotiate the downhill trek without aggravating my condition.

Great buy!

I bought them for doing the Inka Trail in Peru. It was a great choice, as they are lightweight, disassembled travelled in my backpack -which allowed me to travel with carry-on only, and have a shock absorber for the rocks (plenty of rock stairs in the Inka trail).

Light, compact, great product!

I had never used hiking poles, but need them for future 3 day backpacking trip. It takes a bit to get used to them. These are light weight and comfortable. They pack inside a carry on.
