High Quality Poles | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| The shock absorption really works, much better than other poles I've had. The price was well matched to the quality. I am a real bargain shopper and this is the most I've ever paid for poles, but they are soooo worth it. The only dissapoinment was they come with integral hiking baskets and do not mention that you need to purchase spin on snow baskets ($4) separately. Some pole brands come with these automatically. It would have saved me a two week wait to use the poles if I'd only known I had to grab snow baskets too, since I didn't know missing until the poles arrived just in time for my climb. I tried but, they punch through too much without snow baskets. | |

Great Poles For Hiking | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Used these poles for dirt andd rock hiking in Hawaii. They seem a little flimsy because of their weight. But they worked really well. Going down the slopes you could feel the shock absorption. Going up hill they aided in taking some of the work load off your legs. I recommend these poles at least for moderate climbing hiking. | |
