Blizzard Black Pearl Skis – Women’s: Blizzard Black Pearl Ski Flip Core and Natural Rocker are not just for men!  The Women’s Blizzard Black Pearl Ski built with Blizzard’s revolutionary Flip Core Technology allows the ladies to attack the hill with ease!  The wood core ski is pressed into its Rockered profile without bending or shaping the ski artificially.  This is a real and noticeable difference in performance when compared to all other Rockered skis.  At 88mm under foot, built with Natural Rocker tip and tail with slight camber under foot, this ski will rip turns anywhere on the mountain.

The Blizzard Black Pearl Ski is a staple in Blizzard's women's ski line up. Creating Skis for the most advanced women' skiers and for beginner and intermediate skiers, Blizzard built the Black Pearl ski for the transition between intermediate skiers who want to stride forward on a ski that provides stability and confidence, while still being forgiving enough to allow for growing pains.  Lightweight wood core and no metal make the Blizzard Black Pearl Ski the choice for the intermediate/advanced woman looking to be an expert. Eat, Pray, Send!

2013 Blizzard Black Pearl Ski Review

Hi, I'm Julie, I just got off the Blizzard Black Pearl. I give this a 5/5 star rating, I really like this ski. Full sidewall construction with Flip Core technology, so it's really designed for that advanced to expert level woman. It's relatively wide underfoot, 88 milliliters. So it is something that's going to be for a little bit softer snow. Based on the sidewall construction, it really does hold well on the groomers, and the hard pack. It absolutely rips, it was really easy to initiate turns, excellent rebound energy out of the tail, or the completion of the turn. You can really rip them around quick, and easy considering it's a 18 meter turn radius. You can let them out, and let them run at that full 18 meters really nicely to, I absolutely love this ski.

2014 Blizzard Black Pearl Ski Review

Hi. I'm Emily. I just got off the Blizzard Black Pearl. I give this ski a 4 out of 5 rating for an intermediate-to-advanced skier. Someone who is going to be spending time in the trees or in some crud, this ski is great for that. It plows right through everything. Holds a really good edge. If you do like to take it on the frontside and lay it over into some nice GS carves, it definitely holds up on those. I did give it a 4 out of 5 because I thought that the tips were a little bit chattery for the hard pack condition but that's what makes this ski so great when you get that fresh snow or skiing around the sluff. So, a really good ski for that intermediate-to-advanced skier.

2013 Blizzard Black Pearl Ski Review

Hi, this is April, and this is the Blizzard Black Pearl, and this is an amazing ski. This is the 173, so its a little longer than I usually ski on around here. I didn't have any problem getting the ski to roll over into a new turn really quickly, held really well on the long radius turns. I actually had the opportunity to ski this out west last week, and I love just as much here on the hard pack, as I did out there on the softer stuff. This skis fun, if you can you afford to have one ski in your quiver, this would be my pick. This does everything well, black pearl, from Blizzard.

2014 Blizzard Black Pearl Ski Review

Hi, I'm Julie. I just got off the Blizzard Black Pearl. I absolutely love this ski, I give it a 5 out of 5 star rating. It's a good ski for an advanced to expert level lady just looking to absolutely rip some turns. Full sidewall construction, wood core, so it absolutely holds an edge through everything. A little bit of tip rocker though makes it nice and easy to initiate the turn, roll that ski over on edge. It also helps it float above some of the cruddy snow and a little bit of powder. So if you're looking for a versatile ski, this is a great choice for that all mountain ripper.

2014 Blizzard Black Pearl Ski Review

Hey, Jess here I just got off the Blizzard Black Pearls. I would give this ski a 4.5 out of 5. It's advanced to expert ski. What I love about this ski is how well it holds an edge. It's unbelievable, you can take this thing to top speeds and it is incredibly stable, it'll pull you around, you just gotta commit with this ski. It's not terribly forgiving. So if you're not sure about something this skis going to bring you around anyway, so you better be ready for it. But, if you're looking for something to charge and go all over the hill with, this is a great ski for you.

2013 Blizzard Black Pearl Ski Review

Hey there, Jess here, I just got off the Blizzard Black Pearl. I give this ski a 4/5 stars. Its a nice wider ski, a good twin tip, it really initiates the turns very well, and stays on edge. It likes to make shorter snappy turns, but it also does well with a longer turn radius. Its a little bit lighter, so there very easy to maneuver. I would suggest this ski for an intermediate to advanced level skier, who's really looking to progress their style up a little bit.

This Ski Rips

I had a chance to test these skis at a demo event along with many other pairs. I ended up choosing this model for the upcoming season. Everything I threw at it, it handled. From hardpack, to powder, this is a great one ski quiver. I have no trouble recommending this to all the lady rippers out there.

2013 Blizzard Black Pearl Ski Review

Hey, I'm Kate, I'm here with the 2013 Blizzard Black Pearl. I give this a 3/5. I thought there was a little bit unstable feeling underfoot. Especially when I got up to speed, but maybe just not my cup of tea. If your gonna be skiing some more vertical, some softer snow might be a better choice for you, but all an all I give it a 3.
