Bmi Gatling Gun Kit -
In 1861, Dr. Richard Gatling developed a hand-crank operated, multibarrel firearm destined to become the world's first gun capable of firing multiple rounds in sustained bursts. This kit enables you to capture a taste of what it must have been like to fire the legendary Gatling gun by converting two Ruger 10/22 rifles (not included) into a twin-barrel modern rendition in .22 caliber. Fun and affordable to shoot, the machined aluminum kit features bronze bushings, a trigger bar on thrust bearing, aluminum receiver covers, anti-aircraft-style sights, swivel feet, barrel guards, muzzle brakes and limit screws. Rate of fire is four rounds per crank revolution. Assembles in minutes with ordinary hand tools. Classified semi-auto, so no special BATF permit is needed. Top 25 Category Product

Bmi Gatling Gun Kit Reviews:

This thing is awsome

well worth the money. I don't know if they have changed the design a bit from the other reveiws but i've put almost a thousand rounds through it and haven't had to touch a thing. I can say a little grease in the crank goes a long way, much smoother. The assembly is nothing took me less than an hour from out of the box to the range. Used a hammer and a flat screw driver for the sites (dont worry about keeping the sites and you wont hold back from swinging) From other reveiws i was worried about getting the timing right but it dialed right in. Get the ruger bx-25 mags they feed great. I can get all 50 down range in 6 seconds. The only bad thing i can say is follow your firearm safety. the setup has potential for accidents. the safetys on the rifles are almost useless and the crank system if pulled or bumped will fire the guns. On the plus side i haven't been able to get up from the gun without shooting everything i had and wanting more so its always empty whenever i move it. I have alot of guns and this gun is one i cant wait to shoot again.

a lot of fun

A lot of fun to play with. The hardest part of assembly was drifting out the front sights on the Rugers. The downside Is the same as with all the aftermarket magazines for the Ruger 10/22 they just don't feed well, I made a support to hold the magazines in place and It works pretty well now.
