Bodyglide Anti-Chafe Formula - 0.45 oz. Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

many uses

I've used this hiking and I had no hot spots or blisters on long mile hikes. Also I've found that it works great for my hands when I wear gloves to use an indoor rower. I used to have to tape up my hands because of the blistering, now just a few swabs of this stuff and not one blister. Easy to wash off.

Works Great

My wife and I backpacked in the Grand Canyon. 40 miles over 5 days in the backcountry. She ALWAYS gets blisters. We brought some Bodyglide with us and she put it on her feet wherever she started getting hot spots (heel, ball of foot, and bottoms of toes). She never got a single blister the whole time.

Helps a bit

Helps to prevent chafing and blisters on long runs. Seems to wear off over long runs. Difficult to apply on some parts because of its stick form. But I continue to use it on long runs on critical areas.
