Bolle Swisher Polarized Sunglasses Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

I have bought these again and again.

I use these for cycling when I wear contact lenses.. They provide great sun, wind and dust protection with very little visual distortion, are lightweight, and durable. I bought my first pair from Campmor several years ago and was pleased that they are still in production. I have a small face and these are one of the very few sunglasses made with a small profile. They are made with quality materials for which Bollé is known. They also feel comfortable with a bike helmet.

Pleasantly Suprised

Got these to use for fly fishing, seem to be great so far. I was happy to find that they fit my face perfectly, I find many other glasses to be too large. My experience with Bolle overall is that the lenses scratch up pretty easily, but these are doing fine so far. The temples feel a little tight, but haven't caused any problems yet. Looking forward to using them more as my other sunglasses continue to deteriorate...

I swear by these glasses

Here in Arizona, sunglasses are a must. I've been wearing these Swishers for 10 years or so. I have a small face, so they are one of just a few models which work well for me. They work great and last about 18 months before the lenses start to get rubbed or scratched from normal use. This is probably par for the course for plastic lenses. But, the reasonble price makes it worth it for nice polarized lenses.

Visibly High Qaulity

Best for longer, narrower or smaller adult faces. If your head resembles a basket ball, these aren't the ones. The fit is exceptional and well balanced- perfect pressure above the ears and on the bridge of the nose to hold securely during active pursuits like running, hiking or cycling. No points of discomfort noticed after 10 hours wearing non-stop. These glasses look great and perform as well. Get 'em.

Great for every activity!

This is my third pair of Swishers only because I lost the other two in the water. These are the only sunglasses I wear for driving, riding motorcylcle, on the boat, or skiing. Sized smaller so fit me perfectly (female). This pair is a flat black frame, where my others were shinier...but that does not matter - just happy!

Great shades for female face

I love the Bolle Swisher and this is my 2nd pair (lost the first). They fit a female face and provide excellent polarization for driving. I use them everyday for my 45+ minute commute to work. Not too snug, but definitely grips well enough for sports and other activities both in and out of water.

Great sunglasses

Good fit, excellent lenses, and a sleek design. Perfect for biking, running, or other types of action sports. I have a narrower head so they fit me perfectly (they'll never fall off my face), but if you have a larger head it might be a bit too snug.

Good Glasses

I have never spent this much on sunglasses before. I am glad that I bought these. I love the sun protection - even though the glasses are tinted, the view to outside is very clear and not darkened. Good for a smaller face, fit well.

My new favorite pair

This pair replaced my favorite pair of sunglasses that finally broke after 7 years of use. I read that the fit was small, but it fits the female face well, and I like the snug fit when I'm active outside.

best polarized sunglasses

I were the glasses every day awesome for fishing you can see in to the water ! also great in the winter when the snows on the ground no glare
only con is the durability in the frame!

Negative Reviews:

lens OK, frames not so

I have a pair of Bolle glasses I have purchased locally that I did pay a lot for. By the picture and suggested price, I thought they were the same or close. After receiving my new glasses, it was evident the frames on the new ones are grocery store frames. (frames that cost $10.00) I will use the new glasses for fishing and hunting trips.

Shoddy product

Nice looking glasses that broke after I had them two months. The left arm sheared off. The arm broke when I took the sunglasses out of my backpack; yes, I should have had them in a case, still the small amount of force on the arm when I took them out should not have caused the breakage.

More Teen Fashion Than Quality Sun Glass

Designed for Appearance (weird) and not function and comfort.

Neutral Reviews:

Declining Quality

I have always been a fan of Bolle sunglasses. However, this is the third pair in a row with a really short life. One of the arms cracked inside the rubberized "ear" section within a couple of weeks. Bolle is good about replacing / repairing, but I am more interested in wearing them.

Too small

These were way too small for an adult male. I gave them to my wife who likes them a lot.

The polarization is screwy

The polarization is screwy. They distort my vision, especially while driving.

Returned Product

Sunglasses were too small, didn't like the fit of them.
