| First off, I ordered these shoes at 1 pm on a Monday and Zappos had them on my doorstep when I got home Tuesday - for no additional charge. Amazing. As far as the shoes go they are probably the most comfortable pair of shoes that I own - including my Asics running shoes. It's like there's little cushy pockets on the inside soles of the shoes. They fit true to size, if not just a tad bit small. The quality is great, but I should mention that the brown is a little lighter than pictured. They still look great. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the quality and the fit of the shoes. |

| Received my pair today after sending back a pair of Sperry's that were too large. (Which arrived yesterday & sent back today)... Gives you a view of the customer service here. Excellent!...Far as the shoes, very comfortable, & they fit very well. (After I dropped down a half size from Sperry's)... They look & feel very nice. ('feel' being my priority)... I'm not exactly into fashion, brand names, etc...But again, I do give Zappos thumbs up, not only for their shipping policies regarding exchanges, but the friendliness & professionalism of their employees... |

| Unbelievably fast "standard" shipping and the packaging and products were great. The boat shoes were great. Relaxed look with a thinner more flexible sole, more of a moccasin look that Sperry Topsiders which is exactly what I was looking for. Couldn't be more pleased with the product. |

| These shoes are well made, handsome and more importantly they are comfortable! I've worn them with every type of jean (color and style), and they definitely look better with a moderate boot cut jean. They look great with shorts as well, but don't get too fancy! |

| These are the most comfortable casual shoe I have ever owned. They are true to size and width and feel like you are wearing comfortable slippers all day. In fact I have just ordered my second pair. I can not recommend them enough!! |

| I received what I expected, shoes look really nice with khaki pants and also jeans. They are really comfortable, but run a half size bigger. The only thing I would complain about is the price, but they are nice. |

| These shoes look very nice, but fit nowhere near true to size. The width is fine, but the length is about 1 1/2 size larger than normal. If you wear a 12, order an 11 or 10.5. |
