| we shoot in the yard it really improves skill and aim we are 12 and 14 and avaid lacrosse players with powerful shots up to 80mph and it holds up well | |

| If you can rip the ball over 75 mph, dont get this. you'll rip the net, but its a great goal. the net just sucks. | |
