one little improvement

pad works great! It is not too bulky, and absorbs 12 gauge sporting clay rounds well..... if they would just round the corners a little more, you wouldn't even feel it in your shirt!

Works well

Pad works great. My kids would shoot longer when using this in a vest. I found I would not get as tired when shooting a lot.

works but uncomfortable

I have the original pad, same size but in 6 smaller segments - 2 across and 3 down. this makes it very flexible. this newer pad is solid one piece. As it fits in the pocket of the Browning shirts, the pad overlaps the shoulder joint such that as you bring your arm up and out front, it inhibits your natural motion and kind of actually digs into the skin/overlying T-shirt. the edges are "welded" and as such have a bit of a sharp plastic-like edge - all adding to a small degree of discomfort. If Browning only would have put diagonal "hinges" at each corner to allow it to bend at the shoulder joint. Otherwise, works as advertised.
