Brunton Camera Tripod - Aluminum Review:

Reviews:

Lousy head, good legs

I bought an older model identical in design. Overall the construction is solid.

However the tripod head leaves a lot to be desired. Most importantly, the head has a limited 'pan' range essential for video.

The adjustable angle head also does not sit level; I had to constantly fiddle with the locking lever to get it 'level' with the horizon.

While the bubble level seems like a nice feature, it's not well protected. Mine cracked soon after purchase.

The lock lever for the removable tripod plate protrudes out and breaks off easily.
