Brunton Bruntane Canister

Backcountry.com

Bring a backup Brunton Bruntane canister,so you don't have to scramble to get more as you drive toward your camping destination. Each four-ounce canister holds Bruntane gas (80 percent isobutane, 20 percent propane) for your canister stove. With a standard thread Lindal valve, these canisters will screw onto most stoves. The Bruntane Canister's leak-proof valve keeps your fuel from slowly leaking out as you drive over bumpy roads to the campsite. *Available for ground shipment only.

Good stuff. It's light and works great.

Don't get these for Jet-Boil System!

These canisters will work with the Jetboil Group cooking system, but will not fit into the pot for storage. The pictured pot shows the smaller canisters. Get these if you have to cook for a larger group of people and need the extra fuel capacity.

Works Great!

I bought this as a gift for my husband to carry on his quad. He says it works terrific.

Fire it up.

Canister is very packable; attaches to stove in a quick second. Heats food and liquids fast. Eating alone, I used 1.5 canisters in nine days in the Idaho "outback". I was not on a seven course regimen, of course. Must be purchased locally or sent ahead by ground (as all fuel must) thanks to 911 terrorist cretins and the idiotic Brit terrorist- wannabe with the shoe fetish. Buy it, you will like it.

Lightweight Fuel

Good for a three day trip. Use the 220 if you're going out for any longer. Hot & efficient tri-blend fuel. Good backup.

great little bottle

Of course it won't fit the jetboil, it's a standard diameter- non-jetboil brand- bottle. Otherwise it's a great canister, it's less fuel than others but that makes it great for short trips.

good
