Guessing what the weather is going to do is a pain. What's worse, you're almost always wrong. When you have the Burton Women's Eclipse Jacket, you don't have to guess anymore. Just grab your Eclipse and go. This waterproof breathable shell has midweight, body-mapped insulation for true all-season versatility. If it gets too warm, you can always open the mesh-lined underarm vents to let a little of the heat escape, and the loose fit lets you load up on layers when the mercury takes a dive.
The Eclipse jacket provides a versatile helping of chilly weather protection. The waterproof breathable DryRide Durashell membrane and fully taped seams handle nasty winter storms. Medium-weight Zonal Thinsulate Platinum synthetic insulation places more insulation in the body and less in the sleeves. Strategically placed panels of X-Static antimicrobial silver fiber fight odor. The fixed hood is fully adjustable and helmet-compatible. The powder skirt can be removed on hardpack days and includes an interface that allows you to attach the jacket to compatible Burton pants. For the final touch, Burton included a plethora of item-specific pockets to keep your essentials close at hand and keep you organized.
When you're riding in super cold weather, it's a good idea to have a warm jacket with you. And that down jacket should be the Burton Eclipse. The Eclipse features Burton's DRYRIDE Durashell 2-Layer coated lightweight nylon fabric with 10,000mm of waterproofing so you stay bone dry. 10,000g breathability ensures that moisture from within has room to escape. This jacket comes in the boyfriend fit which has slightly longer sleeves and body while also being wider and straighter through the waist for a more relaxed fit. 140g of X-STATIC silver fiber in the underarms saves your friends' noses on the car ride home because it is anti-microbial. If that's not enough, then just zip open the mesh-lined pit zips and let the cool air in. Fulltime contour hood is there for those days of snow stuff flurry. Also featured on the Eclipse are the removable waist gaiters for extra snowy situations. If you're about to shred the deep stuff, make sure to use the jacket-to-pant interface with your Burton pant and carve it up. The Burton Eclipse is where it's at.
