Burton TWC Cannon Jacket -

Shaun White is a legend, albeit a picky legend. Every detail of The White Collection is directly driven by the dude, which is why it is so fresh. The Burton Men's TWC Cannon Jacket has the collections blend of vintage military style and Woodstock spirit for all you shredders that like to look good when you are sightseeing and bar hopping after the snow day is done.

Its DryRide Durashell is water resistant and windproof, and the fully taped seams ensure nothing's getting in there while you are in the deep stuff. The jacket is mapped with Thermacore(60g in the body and 40g in the sleeves and hood) and embossed taffeta lining to keep you nice and warm. When you wear the TWC Cannon, you'll know how the White likes his fit, because it boasts the TWC Sig Fit. Stash all of your goods in the abundance of dual entry pockets on the outside and there's even an internal media/goggle pocket inside. When it's blustery out there, throw up the hood and utilize the Magic Stitch waist gaiter with jacket-to-pant interface to seal out the elements. It's what White would do.

Lining and Layers:

  • The Burton TWC Cannon jacket is built for layering without being overly baggy; sleeves are designed with a bit of extra length to fit over your gloves and keep snow out
  • Embossed taffeta lining helps wick moisture and dries fast to keep you comfortable
  • Open up the mesh-lined pit zippers to vent body heat quickly

  • Drop hood

  • 60g Thermacore™ insulation in the body and 40g in the sleeves and hood is placed strategically to retain warmth and keep you comfortable on cold days

Weather and Wind:

  • DRYRIDE Durashell™ 2-layer coated nylon shell with fully taped seams provides windproof, waterproof and breathable protection from the elements
  • Waist gaiter with jacket-to-pants interface creates a barrier against snow entry with compatible Burton pants (sold separately)
  • Flip up the hood to keep wind and swirling snow out

  • Dual Entry Chest and Hand Stash Pockets
  • Internal Media/Goggle Pocket
  • Pocket Key Clip

The TWC Cannon is here to throw a bomb to the cold with midweight warmth and strategic venting. The TWC Cannon features DRYRIDE Durashell 2-Layer Heavy Twill Fabric to prevent you from becoming a soggy so you can get crunchy on the slopes. 60g of Thermacore Insulation throughout keeps you warm and cozy so no cold weather blues here. If things do heat up though, just undo the Mesh Pit Zips and let mother nature cool you down. Fully Taped Seams lock the water out so no they can't ninja their way in. When it starts to dump, flip the Drop Construction Hood up and keep your head dry. Dual Entry Chest and Hand Stash Pockets give you a little storage space for some choice snacks. Drop your mp3 player into the Media/Goggle pocket and ride to your favorite tunes or use it as a goggle pocket. Use the Magic Stitch waist gaiter when stuff gets deep and the Jacket-to-Pant Interface when you get extra rad in the deep. The TWC Cannon might not endow you with Shaun White's magic flying abilities, but at least you will have the look.

Burton TWC Cannon Jacket Reviews:

Nice coat for the price

I rode my first day in this coat today and it performed well. The coat is warm, maybe a little too warm if your used to layering. There's a huge pocket inside and the perfect companion product for the coat is a Platypus water bladder to fill that big pocket up. Be careful if ordering online as the fit is on the slim side. My XL feels more like a large. The thigh length is perfect for my needs and the coat has good enclosures. I look forward to seeing how it feels on a warmer day. This coat is covered in pockets and features. The hood is fixed, wish it zipped off. Overall a really nice jacket for the price. Looks stylish and seems like it will be very durable. I look forward to many more days on the hill to test it out.

This is one of my favorite pieces in the white collection. Im always looking for a jacket with clean branding and more pockets then I know what to do with. It?s a heavy jacket but, I wore it on a warmer day and with one layer and I was set.

In live in this jacket when I go on winter holidays. Comfortable and with enough pockets to stash all my gear
