Quite possibly the best selling snowboard pant of all time, you may be asking yourself “shoot, why haven’t I already bought the Burton Cargo Pant?” From the weatherproof DRYRIDE Durashell™ 2L fabric, and wetness blocking fully taped seams, to the mesh lining and everything else that goes along with the Burton pant feature package, these pants are fully ready to battle anything Mother ature can throw your way (think freezing rain to sunny breezes). For those with a conscience the Burton Cargo Pant is offered in two GMP Colorways, and for those who may play basketball or ride horses for a living.

Who really likes to pack a pack to the pipe? Burton's Cargo Pant has the capacity you need to take most small essentials with you up the mountain. Like many of Burton's high-end snowboarding pants, the Burton Cargo Pant features plenty of waterproof and breathable Storm-Lite® fabric protection with complete taping on all seams for uniform durability and weather protection. Granted, this version of Storm-Lite® is classified as 3.0-E, so it's not exactly as breathable as the A-grade stuff that you usually find on top-shelf Burton jackets--but that's okay because the Cargo has adjustable vents. Along the inseam you'll find zippered thigh vents for extra cooling while you're in motion, but unlike the snowboarding pants made for the cheap seats, these have breathable mesh linings that help wick away moisture while keeping excess spindrift and ice shavings out of your pants. The internal waist adjustment is great for modifying the fit over a variety of layers, especially if you ride from the coldest days of the season all the way to the last run before summer.
The tried and true classic.

The Burton Men's Cargo Snowboarding Pant gives you room to stash your gear and reliable protection from the elements. This shell is waterproof and fully seam-sealed so you won't get water soaking through—even if you spend all day sliding down the hill on your butt. Stretch boot gaiters seal out the snow and trap your body heat. Mesh-lined inseam vents open to quickly dump heat during a hike, or leave them open to feel cold air pumping through your nether regions—if that's your kind of thing. Burton made the Cargo Pants with a welded Flash Pass pocket so you don't lose your season pass, and Burton's short and tall inseam lengths let you dial in your fit. *Available for US Shipment Only. - Fall 2008.

The guys at Burton say their Cargo Pant is the "Cadillac" of cargos. With fully taped seams, mesh-lined thigh vents, extra-large bellowed cargo pockets, and a microfleece lined waist and fly you'll know they're right. Good waterproofing means better weather protection so you can go anywhere and ride anything.
The Burton Men's Cargo Pants won't leave you soaked and chilled after a day of riding. These snowboard pants feature Burton's DryRide Durashell coating to stop moisture in its tracks. Attach these pants to your jacket to create a full-body fortress of weather protection. Mesh-lined vents let in a cooling breeze when you work up a sweat.

Im Not a Burton Fan But I Still Give These a Stellar Rating

Although I have found that alot of Burton stuff seems to be loosing quality, these pants are not that way. I love them. I am a 34"w x 30/32" in jeans and the L fit me perfectly. On the bottom of these are little buttons you can use to keep you from tearing the hell out of the heels while you walk around in the resort parking lot which is really nice. Also, the material is very thick and has a fabric texture so it doesnt look more like a tarp than a piece of cloth. Not mentioned is that the left cargo pocket has a flap over the pocket revealing a clear pass pocket which was handy for my season pass. 10k waterproofing is standaed - not great - but I have done some spring riding in these hiking the park and sitting on my ass recovering after I eat it on a rail and have never had a problem feeling wet at all. Not insulated - but thick enough fabric I have used them all season long with nothing but shorts on underneath. Also reasonable price considering the colors available. Also the "slim" fit Dogfunk put in their Tech Specs is bologna. They fit like normal snowbard pants maybe even a little looser in my thigh area then my Foursquares. These are not Tech Nine pants, but DONT WORRY if you are not into the bell bottom look I see in some videos.

Epic Pants | |

Alright all you dudes out there. again im back writing a review. and once again nothing has changed, these pants are gnarly. ill start with the size, im a 5' 11'' 175 pound dude and i ride in the AK (907). THESE PANTS WORK PERFECTLY, however XL does mean XL there huge on me. but thats my style, so if you are my size than large will still be big trust me. the pockets are gnarly, theres two regs on the left and right, two in the ass' and then one on the lower right (or left) on the knee area. these pants are real warm too, just wear a pair of sweats over em, trust me sweats are best because itll keep you relaxed and still give you maaaddd style. make sure you wear a belt. i cant say anything bad about these pants, really, burton made a great pant. OH AND TEHRE not too heavy, the jacket is, but these pants are really light, easy for poppin off tables and stompin landings, no heavyness son. go do work, these pants are dopeness epic

Comfy Pants | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
These pants are really comfortable with a lot of pockets and features. One great feature is the pass holder in the left cargo pocket. I also really like that they are vented. There are a couple of short comings from Burton on these pants. The gaiters do not have snap closures, so pulling them over your boots is hard/annoying. The only other thing i find annoying, and almost every pant has this, is that the vents are on the inseam of the pant. As a snowboarder when you sit or slide on your edge the snow spray shoots in the vents. Nice when you need to cool off, otherwise cold and annoying. Foursquare does a great job with where they put their vents. Still awesome pants though!

Stoked about these! | |

These are the sweetest pants I own and that's saying a lot. Once again, Burton's quality rules. I have the Air Twill Plaid and everyone raves about how cool they are. The chicas love them too, always wanting to feel the fabric...lol Great pockets, very comfy and have a inner velcro adjustment to go along with the phat belt loops on the outside. It gives you the option to wear a belt or not. Other perks include a zipper waistline you can use to connect to certain Burton coats, to keep the snow out, zip leg vents for warmer days and an inner slit to run your Ipod headphone wire from your right pocket. Bottom line...buy them, you'll love them and so will everyone else.

Got these late in the season on sale in mocha. Perfectly waterproof after a 9-4 romping in the semi-slush that was Taos in mid-March. Great room for all your stuff in the huge pockets which are positioned perfectly for access on the chair. The vents truly came in handy in the hot weather but could be useful during a hard day of winter boarding. Can't wait to try them out on a colder day! Very impressed with these! Only issue was I probably bought a size too big.....My fault!

I purchased the air twill plaid and i found there was no flash pass pocket which is bs. but still great pants like all the other reviews said. just giving you buyers a heads up. oh and also the air twill plaid.. the white on the pants is more of a light blue. wierd seeing as how they look white on this website and alll the other websites i looked at. but still great snowboard pants

Totally Awesome! | |

Okay so I got these guys because they looked super sick and weren't as overpriced as the other Burton pants out there. All I got to say is they work great! kept me completely dry even when I was out all day, and when hooked to my Burton Jacket kept the snow out of my crack. If style and staying dry are what you're looking for, I definitely recommend!

Burton Cargo Snowboard Pant

Great for snowboarding, stylish, durable and comfortable. Spacious with lots of room, although not too baggy, excellent fit. Adjustable waist straps are hidden inside that do not pinch or bind. Pockets are well placed with abundant space to carry items. I especially like the hidden zipper in waist that attaches to Burton jackets which prevents snow from entering during a fall. Great buy for the money.

just tried these pants out last weekend and they surpassed my every expectation. super warm, kept me dry all day. plenty of pockets. i'm 5'8 160lb and i ordered the mediums first but they were way too long, so i returned them and went with the smalls, they fit perfect, not as baggy as the mediums were but still pretty steezy

I bought these pants in Air Twill Plaid a few weeks ago. This site is great, got here to Japan in no time. Wore them for the first time today, fit is great, water proofing is great, and the style is awesome. People were commenting on them all day.
